Volunteers Needed for PTA Conferences

We need assistance during Parent Teacher Conferences to assist with walk-in appointments and to answer questions/provide guidance about PT Conference process.

If you are available before, in-between or after your conference, please send us an email at iceschool345@gmail.com subject: Appointment Volunteer.  Let us know your name, the day and time you can help.

Wednesday:

  • 5:00pm – 5:30pm
  • 5:30pm – 6:00pm
  • 6:00pm – 6:30pm
  • 6:30pm – 7:00pm

Friday:

  • 2:00pm – 2:30pm
  • 2:30pm – 3:00pm
