That Spring Fling Thing

The Spring Fling is ICE’s premier fundraiser, but this doesn’t happen by chance and proves the adage “many hands make light work.”
This year, life has happened for many in the dedicated core who have been shepherding this event for the past several years, and most of the core has elected to step down from their role, leaving just a few veteran Spring Flingers. It’s never too early to begin planning and seeking auction items, and these veterans can’t do it alone …
The Spring Fling Committee is seeking:
- Co-Chair for the event
- Communications Coordinator - getting information/marketing (flyers, forms, etc.) to the co-corresponding secretaries for posting in weekly newsletter and on the ICE website
- Music Coordinator – arranging music/entertainment for the event
- Auction Coordinator – coordinating silent, on-line and live auctions
- Decorations Coordinator – decorating and setting up venue; coordinating cleanup
If you are new to ICE, there is no better way to get involved in the ICE community than to help with the Spring Fling Fundraiser! Veteran volunteers will guide you every step of the way – the wheel has been created – it just needs help to keep it rolling!!
